To submit patient observations the patient has to be associated with a submitter first. This method is used to associate multiple patients with a submitter. After that authenticated submitter can use Observation Endpoint to send observations

The result of this call is matched value - the number of patients who were newly associated and the associated - the list of associated patients(newly + existing) taken from the patients field of the request

The same patient can be associated with many submitters.

To remove association use Dissociate enpoint
